Chicago’s North Coast Music Festival will be back on Labor Day Weekend 2021 for its eleventh year. Set to take place at new home SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, IL on September 3rd–5th, the 2021 edition of North Coast will feature a number of the biggest figures in the EDM world including Kaskade, Louis The Child, GRiZ, Ganja White Night, Zeds Dead, Rezz, Chris Lake, Claude VonStroke and more, as well as one of the biggest figures in general, Diesel (a.k.a. NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal).

The event will take advantage of various spaces in the newly renovated stadium campus. As the event website notes, “The Main Stage will be inside the stadium, where fans can dance on the playing field or watch from the elevated grandstands. Another stage will be inside a massive air-conditioned, well ventilated, full-field soccer dome, with two more stages on the seven brand-new surrounding soccer turf fields. Pace Bus service offers a direct shuttle to the nearby CTA Orange Line, and there are multiple hotels nearby for convenient travel and lodging.”

Along with the announcement, North Coast organizers issued a statement about their intentions to follow the ever-evolving pandemic picture and adapt as necessary in the coming months. Notably, organizers are allowing for the possibility that an event of this size still may not be possible in September by preemptively offering full refunds or 2022 ticket transfers in the case of cancellation.
