Looks like the North Coast Music Festival Lineup was leaked and also confirmed to be true a little early by Marc Brownstein of The Disco Biscuits on his Facebook Page. Though this lineup is already jam packed with talent, this is just phase one of the lineup and more artists (including headliners) will be announced during phase two.
