Today, The Nth Power has announced their 2018 summer tour, which will span from an appearance at Omaha, Nebraska’s Hullabaloo Festival on July 21st to a show at Houston, Texas’ Last Concert Cafe on September 2nd. For a portion of these new dates, the trio will join up with Umphrey’s McGee and tap two special guests, Trey Anastasio Band horn players Jennifer Hartswick and James Casey, also known as The Spirit Horns.

The group will perform a two-night run in California in mid-August, with stops on August 10th and 11th at Tahoe’s Crystal Bay Casino and Olympic Valley’s Squaw Valley Jazz Blues Fest. A week and a half later, the group picks up another two-night run, this time in the Northeast, with shows at Buffalo, New York’s Larkin Square Summer Concert Series on August 22nd and Rochester, New York’s Funk N’ Waffles on August 23rd.

A significant portion of The Nth Power’s new summer tour dates will see the band collaborating with Trey Anastasio Band horn players Jennifer Hartswick and James Casey. The trio picks up their special guests during a show on August 28th at Atlanta’s Terminal West, with the augmented lineup continuing on for shows at Mobile, Alabama’s Cedar St. Social Club on the 29th.

From there, The Nth Power, Hartswick, and Casey will join up with Umphrey’s McGee, joining the jam juggernaut during their performances at New Orleans’ Joy Theatre on the 30th, Austin’s Moody Theatre on the 31st, and Dallas’ House Of Blues on September 1st. The Nth Power and their special guests will close out their newly announced summer tour dates with a final performance at the Last Concert Cafe on September 2nd.
