The iconic Britpop outfit Oasis has partnered with Paramount+ for the digital release of its new documentary, Oasis Knebworth 1996. As part of the collaboration, Paramount+ will offer fans an extended trial period, providing viewers with plenty of time to watch the new film.

Oasis Knebworth 1996 initially hit the silver screen back on September 16th, 2021, and documents the then-five-piece outfit’s legendary, two-night run of shows at Knebworth House in Hertfordshire, England on August 10th–11th. The concert came as part of Oasis’ (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? tour, in support of its sophomore album of the same name.

Fronted by Noel and Liam Gallagher, the band set a record for the largest crowd in England’s history—125,000 per night, 250,000 total—that would stand until 2003. A reported 2.5 million people applied for tickets to the shows, a whopping 5% of the British population (per RadioX). Night one saw support from The Prodigy, Manic Street Preachers, The Chemical Brothers, and more, while the second saw support from The Charlatans, Kula Shaker, and Cast, among others.
