OPIUO and CloZee have announced a co-headlining show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO slated for May 28th. The show will feature support from LSDream, Of The Trees, and K+Lab.

The venue holds special significance for OPIUO. The last time the New Zealand native played there in 2018 he was joined onstage by his Syzygy Orchestra, who worked with him on his latest project, Syzygy 02. The 2018 performance was so memorable that they released it as the live album, OPIUO x Syzygy Orchestra Live At Red Rocks.

As Opiuo, born Oscar Davey-Wright, notes about the upcoming performance, “For me, Red Rocks is the most superbly wonderful and infinitely exciting venue to ever exist… The vibe in Colorado is like no other, and every time it gives me the confidence to try something new, to push my boundaries, to do my absolute best show I possibly can!”

CloZee is no stranger to Red Rocks either. The French producer has played there multiple times throughout her five U.S. tours, most recently opening up for Shpongle in May 2019. Now, she is back to share her own unique brand of “world bass” with American audiences once again.

As CloZee notes, “I was 15 when I first heard about Red Rocks, by watching the Pretty Lights recaps on YouTube, from my little town in Southern France. I remember thinking ‘I wish I could see a concert there’. I was very far away from imagining I’d share my own music there and celebrate with friends.”

Tickets for OPIUO and CloZee at Red Rocks May 28th go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. MT through AXS. In addition to the co-headlining show in Colorado, the two producers will also play a number of shows together in Australia including at The Forum in Melbourne and Manning Bar in Sydney, and share the stage throughout 2020. A full list of dates can be found on OPIUO‘s and CloZee‘s websites.
