Oteil Burbridge has announced a run of Oteil & Friends tour dates this fall with a heavy-hitting lineup featuring keyboardist Melvin Seals (Jerry Garcia Band), guitarist Steve Kimock (Zero, The Other Ones), guitarist Duane Betts (Allman Betts Band), multi-instrumentalist Jason Crosby (Susan Tedeschi, Jackson Browne), drummer John Kimock (Mike Gordon), and vocalist Lamar Williams Jr. (Trouble No More).
Kicking off with a set at Sea.Hear.Now Festival in Asbury Park, NJ on September 16th following Dead & Company‘s final summer tour, the Oteil & Friends tour will make stops in Richmond, VA (9/17); Boston, MA (9/19); and Ardmore, PA for two shows (9/20–9/21). Then after concerts in Providence, RI (9/22) and Portsmouth, NH (9/24), the band will head south for shows in Charlotte, NC (9/27) and Asheville, NC (9/28). A subterranean excursion to The Caverns in Pelham, TN will then lead up to the tour closer in Charleston, SC on September 30th.
