Papadosio will celebrate New Year’s Eve in the band’s adopted hometown of Asheville, NC with a two-night run at The Orange Peel on December 30th and 31st.

The livetronica quintet will be joined by acid jazz DJ/musician Mark Farina and DJ Bowie as support on Friday, December 30th. The New Year’s Eve show will feature support from bass DJ SOOHAN and Asheville’s own Numatik.

The New Year’s Eve announcement comes after Papadosio recently announced a two-night run in Cleveland, OH celebrating the tenth anniversary of the band’s album T.E.T.I.O.S. The shows are set to take place at Masonic Auditorium on November 25th– 26th and will coincide with the release of an anniversary vinyl box set.

Papadosio and Essential Productions were recently forced to postpone Resonance Music & Arts Festival, where the band was due to celebrate the album over two of the three nights. Originally slated for September 15th–17th at Woodlands Nature Reserve in Charleston, SC, the festival was derailed when Dorchester County suspended all concerts at the Reserve late last month. With just three weeks to move the entire operation, organizers decided to push the event to 2023, punting Resonance to June 29th–July 1st at Nelson Ledges Quarry Park in Garrettsville, OH. They also confirmed that 2023 will be the final Resonance.

Tickets for Papadosio’s New Year’s Eve run at The Orange Peel in Asheville, NC are on sale now. Single-night tickets are $40 plus fees, and two-night passes are available for a discounted rate of $70 plus fees.
