Peach at the Beach, the single-day live music gathering hosted by the organizers of The Peach Music Festival at the new Summer Concert Stage at ISLAND Water Park at Showboat Resort in Atlantic City, NJ on Saturday, July 13th, 2024, has announced a pair of separately ticketed “Peach After Dark” events scheduled for the night before and the night of the main event [get tickets].

On Friday, July 12th, The Disco Biscuits will get the party started with a pre-party at the Bourbon Ballroom inside the Showboat Resort. On Saturday, July 13th, after headlining Peach at the Beach with Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, keyboardist Marco Benevento will gather a group of his musical comrades (and “surprise special guests”) for a Marco Benevento & Friends set at Bourbon Ballroom. The July 13th “Peach After Dark” docket will also include Doom Flamingo performing a Queen is Doomed tribute set.

Tickets for the “Peach After Dark” events at the Bourbon Ballroom on July 12th (The Disco Biscuits) and July 13th (Marco Benevento & Friends, Doom Flamingo) will begin on Tuesday, March 19th at 12:00 p.m. ahead of the general on-sale on Friday, March 22nd at 10:00 a.m. Note: Peach at the Beach and the “Peach After Dark” events are separately ticketed. Set to take place at the new Summer Concert Stage at ISLAND Water Park at Showboat Resort, Peach at the Beach—produced by Live Nation in partnership with The Allman Brothers Band—will feature a full day of music including a two-set performance by Dead-plus live juggernaut/veteran Peach headliner Joe Russo’s Almost Dead (JRAD). Other billed performers include Jersey jam quintet Dogs In A Pile, psych-rock bass queen Karina Rykman, and reggae singer Mykal Rose of Black Uhuru. In addition, the event will honor the Allman Brothers Band roots of The Peach Music Festival by welcoming new-generation tribute ensemble Trouble No More to the beach to perform Eat A Peach in its entirety.

The venue will offer a few familiar features for longtime patrons of The Peach, which typically takes place over four days at Montage Mountain in Scranton, PA. In addition to an artist lineup filled with festival favorites, attendees are invited to enjoy the adjacent ISLAND Water Park, the largest indoor beachfront water park in the world. Covering 120,000 square feet and holding more than 317,000 gallons of water, the waterpark features 11 slides, including the Electric Eel, Sonic Serpent, and Barracuda Blaster tube slides; three Tidal Racers mat racer slides for head-first excitement; and five waterslides suitable for younger visitors at Slide Island.
