Like virtually all musicians, Pearl Jam canceled all touring plans for 2020 as the novel coronavirus began to make its way across the globe earlier this year. Unfortunately for Pearl Jam, the COVID-19 pandemic hit hardest just before the release of their 11th studio album, Gigaton, and ensuing world tour. On Friday, the band announced the newly rescheduled dates for the European portion of the Gigaton tour, which will take place during the summer of 2021.

During June and July, Pearl Jam will mix in headlining shows with festival appearances throughout Europe, beginning with two performances at Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, Netherlands on June 16th-17th. After an appearance at Pinkpop Festival in Landgraaf, NL on June 20th, the band will head to Denmark, Italy, Switzerland, and Belgium, before performing at Lollapalooza Stockholm in Sweeden (7/4). Headlining shows in Denmark, Hungary, and Germany will then lead to Lollapalooza Paris (7/18) before they close the tour with performances in Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
While Pearl Jam has yet to announce rescheduled dates for the stateside portion of their Gigaton tour, they are currently scheduled to perform at Sea.Hear.Now. Festival in Asbury Park, NJ on September 18th and Ohana Music Fest in Dana Point, CA on September 26th.
