Phil Lesh will gather his Friends and return to his favorite Halloween haunt, Port Chester, NY’s The Capitol Theatre, for a nine-show residency set to take place throughout the month of October 2021.

Laid out in three weekend runs of three shows apiece, the 2021 Phil-o-ween residency, presented by Dayglo Presents, will take place on October 11th–13th, 18th–20th, and 29th–31st. The band lineups for the shows have not yet been revealed.

Back in March of 2020, the planned 80th birthday run for the Grateful Dead bassist at The Cap was postponed, making it one of the first events to fall victim to the outbreak that snowballed into the coronavirus pandemic.

Phil’s 80th was also supposed to provide the thematic foundation for the 2020 edition of LOCKN’, which was similarly axed due to COVID-19. In 2021, Dayglo put together a full-day streaming marathon to honor Phil’s 81st.

Anyone still holding tickets for the postponed March 2020 Phil Lesh birthday shows in Port Chester will be able to use them when Phil & Friends return this October. Friday, March 13th, 2020 tickets will be honored on Friday, October 29th, 2021. Saturday, March 14th tickets will be honored on Saturday, October 30th, 2021, and Sunday, March 15th tickets will be honored on Sunday, October 31st, 2021.

If you can’t make any of the new rescheduled shows, you can reach out the The Capitol Theatre box office to request a refund at boxoffice@thecapitoltheatre.com.

Tickets for the Phil Lesh & Friends 2021 Halloween residency at The Capitol Theatre go on sale this Friday, June 11th, at 12 p.m. ET via the venue website.
