More artists and events are expected to be announced as spring and summer months draw closer, so fans around the New York area should be on the lookout for more news from the relatively new venue.
Pier 17 became New York City’s latest concert venue when it opened last August courtesy of a free show from Jon Batiste with the Dap-Kings. The 3,400-capacity, 1.5-acre rooftop venue provides attendees with a panoramic view of some of the city’s most picturesque landmarks, including the Brooklyn Bridge and Empire State Building.
Tickets to the 2019 Summer Concert Series will become available for purchase beginning this Friday, March 1st at 10 a.m. ET. Fans can head over to the Pier 17 website for more information on all of this year’s announced shows. Fans can also check out the full schedule of announced shows in the listing below.
