Pigeons Playing Ping Pong have announced they will perform at the Higher Ground Drive-In Experience in Essex Junction, VT on Monday, September 18th.
The Higher Ground Drive-In Experience has already hosted a successful run of socially-distanced, drive-in concerts from Vermont natives Twiddle without incident. As with those shows, all CDC safety guidelines will be in place with guests required to wear masks anytime they are outside their vehicles, including when dancing in the designated recreation area allotted to each vehicle.
Thursday’s announcement comes on the heels of PPPP’s Time To Drive In run of drive-in concerts through the Northeast earlier this month. The mini outdoor tour began at Cape Cod, MA’s Yarmouth Drive-In, then went on to a two-night run at the Finger Lakes Drive-In in Auburn, NY, and wrapped up in the parking lot of Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, PA this past Friday.
