The Pimps of Joytime, who are currently making their way around the West, have announced their return to the East Coast and Midwest this April. Having just released their new single “Booty Text” (Check it out below), and putting the finishing touches on their forthcoming studio album, Jukestone Paradise, the Pimps will make the rounds beginning April 3rd in Baltimore, then making their way to Washington DC, Philly, Burlington, Boston, New York, Chicago, and several other cities.

“Booty Text” was produced by bandleader Brian J, and is featured as both a “clubby mix” and “dubby mix,” and has been released as a limited-edition vinyl 45’s, a first for the band which harkens back towards the remix culture of their hometown of Brooklyn. “Remixes are a huge part of the club culture because they reinterpret and often times revitalize the original. A song comes alive when you’re on the floor experiencing it with your people,” said lead vocalist and guitarist Brian J.
