Last month, acclaimed bassist Pino Palladino (The Who, John Mayer Trio) and multi-instrumentalist/producer Blake Mills announced their forthcoming collaboration album, Notes With Attachments, due out March 12th via New Deal/Impulse. On Tuesday, the two musicians previewed the album even further by sharing a live video featuring saxophonist Sam Gendel which highlights their performance of the project’s lead single, “Just Wrong”.

The new video sees the three musicians seated around one another in their casual rehearsal space setting as they lead viewers through the calming, exploratory piece. The video’s production is pretty DIY, although there is some subtle editing strategies in sync with the song’s melody that provides a fun accompaniment to the instrumental’s sonic movements.
