Positive Legacy has announced the launch of a Virtual Variety Show every other Monday evening to support music industry crew workers amid the ongoing cancellations of live entertainment.

Since launching their COVID-19 fundraiser on April 23rd to give back to the music industry crew workers currently out of work, Positive Legacy has raised and granted over $15,000 in micro-grants to 60 deserving individuals. The nonprofit organization’s latest fundraising bi-weekly Virtual Variety Show will continue to raise money for the struggling music community in need.

Every other week’s episode will feature a variety of segments by different artists, with some artists making a regular appearance. The first installment of the Virtual Variety Show will take place on Monday, May 11th, and feature fishing tips with Larry Keel, an Indian rice cooking demo with Chef Archna and Dave Matthew Band’s Jeff Coffin, a makeup couples content with Fruition’s Jay Cobb and Mama Magnolia’s Megan Letts, a live tune from members of The Motet, and more. The show will be hosted by Positive Legacy’s Vice President Seth Weiner.

In addition to the Virtual Variety Show, Positive Legacy will continue to host unreleased Jam Cruise shows in collaboration with Cloud 9 Adventures every Thursday evening at 8 p.m. EST as well as providing fun re-streams of varying festival footage on the alternating Monday evenings.
