Pretty Lights will host a two-day music and camping festival dubbed Luminescent Emergence: Yahn Dawn this summer in Buena Vista, CO. The festival, set for June 26th and 27th at Meadow Creek—the site of Billy Strings‘ and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard‘s curated festivals—will mark the only Pretty Lights band event of the summer.
A social media post touts the impending festival as “a crossfade of soul and intelligence — an exploration in cosmic connectivity.” Each night of Yahn Dawn will feature full Pretty Lights live band sets plus additional performers yet to be revealed. Following the 2023 Soundship Spacesystem comeback tour and last year’s Check Your Vector Tour, Yahn Dawn “will be the maiden voyage of the Soundship Solarsystem.” The announcement also reveals that Pretty Lights mastermind Derek Vincent Smith is expecting his first child, hence why this will mark the summer’s only event.
An artist pre-sale for tickets, camping and glamping packages, and Thursday early arrival passes to Pretty Lights’ Yahn Dawn festival will begin Thursday, March 6th at 10 a.m. MT. Fans can sign up here for access. Tickets will go on sale to the general public Friday, March 7th at 10 a.m. MT on Tixr. The full artist lineup, collaborations, activations, workshops, and other surprises will be revealed later.
