Legacy Recordings and the Prince Estate have announced that they will reissue two albums from The Purple One’s early 2000’s discography, The Rainbow Children (2001), and One Nite Alone… (2002), on April 17th.

While Prince originally released The Rainbow Children and One Nite Alone… just six months apart, he also shared the official live album, One Nite Alone… Live! between the two, which will also be available on April 17th.

One Nite Alone… and One Nite Alone… Live! will get the wax treatment for the very first time and come pressed on limited-edition purple vinyl. The 4-LP live album and 2-LP studio record join a double-LP edition of The Rainbow Children, which comes pressed on clear vinyl. Additionally, The Rainbow Children double-LP arrives with a limited-addition rainbow slipmat.

That’s not all, however. The Prince Estate will also release a five-CD package titled Up All Nite with Prince: The One Nite Alone Collection, which includes the One Nite Alone… album and a reissue of the Prince Live at the Alladin Las Vegas DVD with a slipcase and 48-page book.
