Prophets of Rage–a politically-charged supergroup comprised of Tom Morello, Tim Commerford, and Brad Wilk of Rage Against The Machine, Chuck D and DJ Lord of Public Enemy, and B-Real of Cypress Hill–burst into existence with an angry bang over a year ago. The outfit, described by Morello in 2016 as “an elite task force of revolutionary musicians determined to confront this mountain of election year bullshit,” came together for a string of summer amphitheater shows following their widely buzzed-about maiden shows in LA and Brooklyn featuring a mix of material by RATM, Public Enemy, and Cypress Hill. The group has a self-titled album coming out next month, on September 15, with three singles “Unfuck the World,” “Living on the 110,” and “Radical Eyes” building the blocks of their message.

“Radical Eyes” was released this morning with the relevant message: “Let’s all aim to eclipse racism. We all have the power to make a stand with our radical eyes.” The accompanying music video features clips from various civil rights issues throughout American history, even including the recent outrages in Charlottesville, Virginia.

The following video for “Radical Eyes” was directed and edited by D.J. Sing:
