Members of Queen and their current touring frontman, Adam Lambert, may be distant from one another at the moment, but the famous rock band is still finding ways to entertain its global fanbase.

In a new video shared to Instagram earlier this week, Lambert, guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor perform the band’s famous stadium anthem, “We Are The Champions”, from their respective home quarantine locations.

Following a quick count-in from a casually-dressed May, Lambert starts into the well-known lyrics of the Queen tune which originally appeared alongside “We Will Rock You” on the band’s 1977 News of the World LP.

Rather than sticking to the script, however, Lambert re-arranges the chorus lyrics, “We are the champions,” to “You are the champions” in an act of encouragement for fans to keep their spirits high at this time of great uncertainty.
