The Revivalists will make their live debut at the historic Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, NY on June 22nd this summer. The rock band was included in Tuesday morning’s announcement for the upcoming inaugural “Summer Open” event presented by Alt. 92.3, which will take place at the outdoor venue with additional performances from The Lumineers, Sharon Van Etten, and Catfish and the Bottlemen.

The show’s announcement adds to the growing list of concert dates on The Revivalists’ 2019 tour schedule, which also features appearances at numerous summer festivals including New Orleans Jazz FestMountain Jam, LOCKN’, and Cathead Jam. The band is also scheduled to appear and play on Austin City Limits as part of the performance series’ 45th Season tapings later this year.

Speaking of Jazz Fest, the band also recently announced a headlining afterparty performance alongside Andy Frasco & The U.N. to take place at The Fillmore New Orleans on Thursday, May 2nd, during the second weekend of the popular New Orleans music festival.

The Revivalists are currently in the middle of their Take Good Care winter tour, which began in February and continues until early April. The tour is named after the band’s fourth studio album, which arrived in November of last year on Loma Vista Recordings. The Revivalists recently shared the trippy music video for “Change”, one of the featured singles which appeared on Take Good Care.

Tickets for the Forest Hills Stadium concert on June 22nd will go on sale starting this Friday, March 8th, at 10 a.m. EST. Fans can click here for tickets and tour info.
