San Francisco is set to revitalize the “Day On The Green” concert series first started by legendary concert promoter Bill Graham in 1973. Having featured the likes of the Grateful Dead, The Band, Led Zeppelin, Chicago, Fleetwood Mac and The Eagles in the past (1975-1983), San Francisco Fest 2016 – On The Green, will honor Graham with a showcase of some of the Bay Area’s most storied bands, including Santana, Journey, Steve Miller Band and The Doobie Brothers.
“Day On The Green” is scheduled for September 4th at San Francisco’s AT&T Park and will commence at 3 PM, running throug the rest of the evening. Tickets go on sale next Friday, March 18 at 10 AM PT and can be found here.
