Get ready for a dance party tomorrow night at Output, as veteran DJ RJD2 is heading to Brooklyn for a Thursday night set at Output. The genre bending DJ most recently put out a studio album with rapper STS, full of soulful beats and pumping horns.

RJD2 is one of those names that’s been around prior to the recent dance music craze. He’s been putting out records for nearly 15 years, is an in demand festival DJ, and has crossed over into many genres, even being a frequent opener for the Disco Biscuits. His recent collaboration with STS isn’t his first foray into the hip hop world; in the past he’s worked with the likes of The Roots, Ciara, Jill Scott, and underground favs like Aceyalone, J-Live, and Vast Aire.

RJD2 – More Is Than Isn’t [Album Review]
