On Wednesday night, conscious hip-hop tag-team Run The Jewels made their way to New York City’s iconic Ed Sullivan Theater for a performance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The duo, comprised of MCs Killer Mike and El-P, broke out RTJ3 track “Thursday In The Danger Room” for the Late Show appearance. Check out a video of the performance below:

As Pitchfork notes, Killer Mike and El-P are gradually becoming The Late Show veterans over the past few years. Back in 2016, the pair appeared in a segment dubbed “The Halloween Wiggle”, where they performed a comically sexual All Hallows-themed rap, mirrored by Colbert’s slightly more innocent lyrics. Then, last holiday season, Run The Jewels appeared on the show for an amusing yuletide-oriented follow-up segment–”The Christmas Wiggle”–that saw them tie up Santa Claus and rap with Colbert once again. You can watch both the Halloween and Christmas Run The Jewels segments from The Late Show with Stephen Colbert below.
