Due to extremely high demand and a sell out in less than 12 hours, the premiere of LET US PLAY, the official Lettuce documentary at the Anjelika Theater in NYC on November 17 will host an additional earlier showing at 7 PM to accommodate more guests.

The film comes at an exciting time for the band, with the release of their latest album, Crush, due out 11/6. Attendees will receive a free digital download of Crush included with ticket purchase.

The 35-minute film, directed by Jay Sansone of Human Being Media and produced by Live for Live Music’s Kunj Shah, merges footage from live sets, recording sessions, interviews, and candid scenes from the road. Filmed over a six-month period, the footage chronicles the mechanics of improvisation and the artistry behind making a funk record. Viewers will get an in-depth diagnosis of the band, who they are as artists, how they work together and use their ridiculous expertise to come up with funk music.

Lettuce will be in town a few days prior to throw down at the PlayStation Theater with Break Science on November 13 and Marco Benevento on November 14.
