San Diego-based dub rockers Slightly Stoopid will return to Rivera Maya, MX’s Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya for their sixth annual Closer To The Sun destination event, set for December 5th-9th, 2019.
On Wednesday, the four-day event unveiled their 2019 lineup, highlighted by three nights of music from Slightly Stoopid. Closer To The Sun will also feature two nights of music from Dirty Heads, Stick Figure, and SOJA, along with performances by Stephen Marley, Toots & The Maytals, Tribal Seeds, Don Carlos with The Soul Syndicate Band, Fortunate Youth, Chali 2na, and Cut Chemist.
Closer To The Sun will also host a plethora of unique activities, including yoga in the morning overlooking the ocean, poker, the annual Closer to the Rim three-on-three basketball tournament, artist-hosted contests, poolside games, cooking challenges, and much more!
A returning guest pre-sale beings on Tuesday May 7th. Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning on Wednesday, May 8th at 12 p.m. (EST).
