Along with the revealing of their fall tour dates (below), Snarky Puppy has announced a memorial concert for their fallen comrade Eric Hartman set to take place at the Granada Theater in Dallas, TX on August 25th. Here is the message the band sent out via their Facebook page yesterday:

As many of you may have heard, one of the closest members of the Snarky Puppy family passed away very suddenly last month. We’re celebrating the life of Eric Hartman on August 25th at the Granada Theater in Dallas alongside some of the artists he worked closely with over his career, and we’d love for you to join us. David Crosby, Myron Butler & LEVI, Shaun Martin Music, RSVP, The Funky Knuckles, Geno Young, Becca Stevens, RC & The Gritz, and SP  we will all be performing. Every dollar that comes in from ticket sales will go directly to Eric’s wife, Karleigh, and their two beautiful daughters. Come out to feel the Dallas community love, hear some amazing music, and honor the memory of a one-in-a-million human being. Tickets are available here: http://www.granadatheater.com/event/916611-eric-hartman-benefit-show-dallas/
