The String Cheese Incident will perform a run of five shows for hometown fans in Colorado this July, the band announced on Wednesday.

The run will kick off at a familiar haunt, the recently renovated Dillon Amphitheater in picturesque Dillon, CO, on Tuesday, July 13th and Wednesday, 14th. From there, The String Cheese Incident will head to Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO for a three-night run on Friday–Sunday, July 16th, 17th, and 18th.

Tickets for the Dillon Amphitheater shows will go on sale this Friday, May 14th at 10:00 a.m. MT.

For the Red Rocks shows, the band will run a “Fair AXS Ticket Request Period” from today, May 12th through Thursday, May 20th at 12:00 p.m. MT followed by a public on-sale on Friday, May 28th at 10:00 a.m. MT.

As the band notes in the announcement, “We understand the demand for our Red Rocks shows may exceed the available tickets, and want all fans to have a fair shot at joining us. This year, there will be a ‘Fair AXS’ ticket request period. Fans can begin to request Red Rocks tickets starting now for individual nights, as well as 3-Day passes.”

Red Rocks is currently hosting and booking shows at significantly reduced capacity per state and CDC guidelines. While it remains unclear what the capacity limits might be come July, state officials seem to be aiming for increased capacities by the summer.
