Sturgill Simpson will set up shop in New York City with a five-night residency at Webster Hall this fall. Announced on Tuesday, the singer-songwriter will perform at the venue September 28th–30th and October 1st and 2nd.

Prior to his residency at Webster Hall, Sturgill will hit the road as part of Willie Nelson‘s traveling Outlaw Music Festival. Simpson is on tap for eight of the stops, where he’ll share the stage with Nelson and—at various stops—Gov’t MuleMargo PriceChris StapletonNathaniel Rateliff & The Night SweatsThe Avett BrothersYola, and many more. Simpson’s first stop on the Outlaw Fest tour on September 10th will mark his first live performance since his bluegrass livestream from the Ryman Auditorium on June 5th, 2020.
