Colorado “hydro-funk” trio SunSquabi has announced their four-night 2019 New Year’s Eve run.

SunSquabi—comprised of Chris Anderson (drums), Josh Fairman (bass/synth), and Kevin Donohue (guitar/keys/production)—will kick off the run with two nights at Jacksonville, FL’s 1904 Music Hall on December 27th and 28th featuring support from Daily Bread. After a night off on 12/29, the trio will round out a busy 2019 with a pair of shows in Pittsburgh, PA. First, on December 30th, the band will hit Thunderbird Music Hall. Then, on New Year’s Eve proper, SunSquabi will head to the Rex Theater for a year-ending blowout. Both Pittsburgh shows will feature support from Exmag.

As guitarist Kevin Donohue notes in an announcement press release“This year has been incredible on so many levels. We have been to so many places, released a full-length record, collaborated with our heroes and are incredibly excited to end our year in Jacksonville and Pittsburgh. We love those cities and can’t wait to be back for these 2 night runs.”

$1 for every ticket sold for the 2019 Sunsquabi New Year’s run will go to the Can’d Aid Foundation, keeping music and instruments in the hands of children across America. SunSquabi has partnered with the foundation and hopes to continue to inspire youth across America with instrument donations.
