Singer/songwriter Elise Testone has been making waves in the jam scene since last year, and with a very special eight show schedule on the horizon, there’s no stopping her in 2016! The former American Idol finalist has been creating music since she was five years old, exposed to the soulful influences of R&B and rock and roll. After performing in the James Brown Dance Party and Thankful For Amy Winehouse tributes, Testone continues to make a name for herself in the scene.
Testone has a hearty winter schedule coming up, starting with a throwdown at the Brooklyn Bowl tomorrow night with members of Trey Anastasio Band, Snarky Puppy, RAQ & more for a Happy Funk’n Mardi Gras celebration. Testone will also be performing with her band, featuring guitarist Adam Fallen (Skyler Grey), bassist Jed Lingat, keyboardist Trey Cooper, drummer Avishai Rozen (Ateller), and vocalist Sami Stevens.
