Grammy-winning guitarist/vocalist/bandleader Susan Tedeschi celebrates her 50th birthday today, and FANS is throwing her a party dubbed Heart + Soul: Celebrating Susan Tedeschi’s Birthday. The stream is set to air tonight, November 9th, at 8 p.m. ET on the streaming service.
The stream of archival performances will see choice cuts of Bob Weir & Wolf Bros, Trey Anastasio Band, and Widespread Panic all sharing the stage with the woman of the hour, in addition to plenty of Tedeschi Trucks Band. There will also special appearances from Amy Helm and Daniel Littleton, Brandon “Taz” Niederauer, Charlie Starr, Gabe Dixon, Greensky Bluegrass, Jackie Greene, Jaimoe, Jimmy Vivino, John Bell, Marcus King, Mark Rivers, Mike Mattison, Nels Cline, Nicki Bluhm, Norah Jones, Oliver Wood, Oteil Burbridge, Peter Shapiro, and Warren Haynes.

While the archival performances come from a wide range of locales from throughout Tedeschi’s quarter century in music, the stream’s description made sure to note the presentation of special clips from LOCKN’ as well as The Capitol Theatre.
