Tame Impala was the featured musical act on BBC Radio 1 on Wednesday, where Kevin Parker and his backing band ditched their guitars for a synth-focused trio performance on the English radio broadcaster.

For the band’s virtual appearance, Tame Impala delivered virtual studio renditions of “Is It True”, one of the new originals featured on 2020’s The Slow Rush, along with a atmospheric, modernized cover of Nelly Furtado‘s 2006 hit, “Say It Right”.
