Tank and the Bangas will release a new studio album later this month with their Friend Goals EP due out November 20th, the band announced on Wednesday.

The EP will follow 2019’s Green Balloon, and will include guest contributions from Jaime Woods, Orleans Big, Anjelika ‘Jelly’ Joseph, CHIKA, Duckwrth, and PJ Morton. According to Wednesday’s announcement via press release, most of the music to appear on Friend Goals was written and recorded during the band’s time in their respective quarantine locations using virtual meet-up platforms like Zoom.

The band also shared the lead single to appear on Friend Goals with Wednesday’s announcement entitled, “Self Care”. Listen to the new song via its official video below.
