Tank And The Bangas have shared a new pro-shot video highlighting their live performance of “Mr. Insta” from the band’s virtual concert at Le Petit Theatre in New Orleans late last year.
The fan-less, November 25th virtual performance at the empty venue was an album release show for the band’s then-new Friend Goals EP, which had arrived just a few days prior on November 20th via A Verve Forecast/UMG.
The multi-camera, pro-shot video revisits the Tank and the Bangas’ performance of their new original song, which involved dancers dressed as cell phones to match the quirky spontaneity and excitement of the music. Tank and the Bangas collaborator Anjelika ‘Jelly’ Joseph was also present for this live performance of “Mr. Insta”.
