Tank And The Bangas have released their new studio album in the form of a six-track EP entitled Friend Goals.
The album’s arrival on Friday via A Verve Forecast/UMG acts as the follow-up to 2019’s Green Balloon, and includes previously-shared singles “Self Care” and “To Be Real”. Additionally, the album features a mix of talented guest musicians including Jaime Woods, Orleans Big, Anjelika ‘Jelly’ Joseph, CHIKA, Duckwrth, Big Choo, Keedy Black, Pell, and PJ Morton.
“There are hair goals, body goals, but Tank and The Bangas are actual friend goals,” singer Tarriona ‘Tank’ Ball says in a press statement regarding their new album. “This special EP is full of some of our favorite artists from New Orleans and around the globe. The fun, creative, energy is put into every track and each one is sure to have you dancing your quarantine blues away. We made this one just for you.”
To celebrate their latest release, the band will perform a virtual concert from Le Petit Theatre in New Orleans on Wednesday, November 25th, starting at 8 p.m. ET. Tickets for virtual access cost an affordable $12 and can be purchased here.
