TAUK announced the supporting acts for round one of their recently extended upcoming Squad tour. The band released the opening acts for their shows from January 30th through February 22nd.

Round one of the tour will see the instrumental ensemble receive support from the newly formed Rob Compa Trio, which features Dopapod‘s Rob Compa alongside Chris DeAngelis and Adrian Tramontano of Kung Fu. The 16-date run of shows will also feature opening sets from Conscious Pilot, Dizgo, Optimus Riff, Gnarbot, Versificator, Guerilla Toss with Harsh Armadillo, Evanoff, Eminence Ensemble, and Aaron Kamm and the One Drops.

The band also announced the second round of tour dates featuring two co-headlining dates with The Motet and a single gig opening up for Umphrey’s McGee during their Rockjavik residency in Iceland.

TAUK just had a lucrative opening spot for Pigeons Playing Ping Pong on New Year’s Eve for the Asheville Acid Tests at Asheville, N.C.’s ExploreAsheville Arena, a performance that they will be premiering live on their YouTube channel tonight, January 7th at 9 p.m. EST. Members of the band will be watching the premiere along with fans and answer questions in real-time through the live chat.
