Tedeschi Trucks Band has confirmed the dates for their annual residency at the Beacon Theatre. The 12-piece ensemble led by the husband-and-wife duo of Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks will hit the Beacon for six shows this fall, on 9/27, 9/28, 10/1, 10/2, 10/4, and 10/5, respectively. The six-night run will mark the ninth consecutive year of Tedeschi Trucks Band’s annual autumn run at the storied New York City theater.
The run of shows includes two weekends of two-set “Evening with TTB” performances in addition to a pair of mid-week dates that will feature opening support from John Moreland on October 1st and the Capital Sun Rays (feat. Luther Dickinson, Amy Helm, Birds of Chicago, and Grahame Lesh) on October 2nd.
Tedeschi Trucks Band traditionally uses their extended NYC residency as a means to collaborate with other local artists, and previous years have featured sit-ins from Trey Anastasio, Jimmy Herring, Warren Haynes, Steve Earle, The Wood Brothers, Marcus King, John Medeski, Nels Cline, Norah Jones, Jaimoe, Doyle Bramhall II, and many more.
Members of the Swamp Family Fan Club can purchase tickets for the run now through their exclusive membership. Public pre-sale will open on Tuesday, April 9th, at 10 AM ET with the code “TTBBEACON”, with a general on-sale opening on Friday, April 12th at 10 AM ET here.
