On Friday evening, Tedeschi Trucks Band performed their second of two shows of the weekend at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles. The performance saw the Derek Trucks– and Susan Tedeschi-led outfit work through a number of selections off of their recent studio release, Signs, in addition to a handful of more uncommon fan-favorite live songs.
Tedeschi Trucks Band still had plenty left in the tank when they returned for their encore. The band peeled off a pair of Signs tracks in “Walk Through This Life” and “Shame” before rounding out their 3-song encore with a rendition of Joe Cocker classic, “Space Captain”.
