The band opened up Saturday’s performance with the title track from 2016’s Let Me Get By, followed by “Just As Strange” from the same album. After that, TTB dug a little deeper with “Do I Look Worried” from 2013’s Made Up My Mind, as the 12-piece ensemble settled into the familiar room. This was followed by “Hard Case”, off of Signs, which was released just prior to the band’s 2019 run of shows at the Warner Theatre. Next came the first cover of the evening, with Mike Mattison‘s “Life Is Crazy”, kicking off a series of covers including “Why Does Love Got to Be So Sad?” by Derek and the Dominos, which the band covered in its entirety with Trey Anastasio at LOCKN’ this past summer. Two more covers, “Somebody Pick Up My Pieces” by Willie Nelson and “More and More” by Little Milton, followed before “Idle Wind” closed the set.

After a brief set break, TTB returned to the stage with “Back Where I Started”, borrowed from The Derek Trucks Band catalog. The covers kept on coming with “Fourty-Four” by Roosevelt Sykes, “I Am Yours” by Derek and the Dominos, “Women Be Wise” by Sippie Wallace, and “Done Somebody Wrong” by Elmore James, which was famously covered by The Allman Brothers Band. The group returned to its own catalog with “Still Your Mind” followed by “Made Up Mind”, before launching into a cover of “I Pity the Fool” by Bobby “Blue” Bland. After the original “Midnight in Harlem”, Tedeschi Trucks Band took on the traditional “Will the Circle Be Unbroken?” followed by “Bound for Glory” to close out the second set. For the encore, the band returned to the stage for a rendition of “Let’s Go Get Stoned” by The Coasters.
