Last night kicked off the three-night run for Tedeschi Trucks Band at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. The 12-piece powerhouse was joined by legendary guitarists Steve Cropper, a member of both Stax Records house band and Booker T. & The MGs, and Jack Pearson, former Allman Brothers member from the early ’90s.

Cropper joined the party mid-show for a Wilson Pickett cover, “Ninety-Nine And A Half (Won’t Do)” into “In Every Heart,” off TTB’s most recent album. Pearson came towards the end of the set for “I Want More” and “Let Me Get By,” also off their new studio release. The encore saw fan-favorite “Midnight In Harlem” and their newly introduced David Bowie cover, “It Ain’t Easy,” both of which Pearson joined in on to match Trucks in some blistering guitar solos.
