Tedeschi Trucks Band will return to the Beacon Theatre for their annual residency this fall. This morning, the band confirmed that the multi-night run (which usually takes place across two weeks) will go down in October. However, before announcing the exact dates, Tedeschi Trucks Band is asking fans who they’d like to see perform with the band as special guests.
Similar to the fashion of the Allman Brothers Band’s annual March residency, Tedeschi Trucks Band will stay in New York City for the duration of the run and welcome a variety of special guests to join them for some of the band’s most legendary shows of the year. In previous years, TTB has welcomed Trey Anastasio, Warren Haynes, Doyle Bramhall II, Nels Cline, Norah Jones, John Medeski, Luther Dickinson, and many more for special guest collaborations, while sharing the stage with North Mississippi Allstars, The Wood Brothers, Greyhounds, and many more as opening support.
TTB is coming back to the Beacon Theatre in the Fall, but before we announce the dates we want to start working on the guest list. Who do you want to see join TTB at the Beacon this year? Check out tour dates in the NYC area for the month of October and let us know who’s in town and who you most want to share the stage with TTB. Stay tuned for full details on TTB’s Beacon run, coming soon.
So, who do you want to see grace the Beacon Theatre stage this fall? New York City offers plenty of options. Let the band know in the comments section of the post.
Up next for Tedeschi Trucks Band is their annual multi-band “Wheels of Soul” tour, featuring special guests Drive-By Truckers and opener The Marcus King Band for five weeks this summer, kicking off in the southeast in late June and wrapping up with two nights at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, July 28th and July 29th.
