Organizers at Telluride Bluegrass Festival have shared the initial lineup of performers for when the 47th edition of the annual bluegrass-inspired festival takes place at Telluride Town Park in picturesque Telluride, CO next summer on June 18th-21st, 2020.
Next year’s event will treat attendees to headlining performances from Alison Krauss, Greensky Bluegrass, Sam Bush Band, The Del McCoury Band, and more.

Other artists featured on the 2020 poster shared with Friday’s lineup announcement include Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver, Mandolin Orange, Billy Strings, Punch Brothers, Yonder Mountain String Band, The Infamous Stringdusters, Leftover Salmon, The Tim O’Brien Band, Peter Rowan, Béla Fleck with Edmar Castaneda, The Jerry Douglas Band, Hawktail, Che Apalache, Le Vent du Nord, and Bowregard.
Additionally, Sam Bush, Béla Fleck, Jerry Douglas, Edgar Meyer, Bryan Sutton, and Stuart Duncan will all serve as the weekend’s Telluride House Band
To make for an even more unique festival experience, Telluride organizers have recruited Chris Thile to lead one of his “Live from Here” performances, although the announcement didn’t elaborate on who else will join him as guests for the special set.
More artists for the 2020 event will be announced in the new year. Fans should also expect an announcement in the coming months confirming the return of the festival’s annual “NightGrass” performance schedule.
