Colorado-based Americana rock band, The Drunken Hearts, have just launched a Kickstarter campaign to help fund their new album. Titled The Prize, the record is set to drop on March 30th. The band also announced a very special pair of album release shows that will take place at Denver’s Globe Hall on March 30th and the beautiful new Fort Collins venue Washington’s on March 31st. Railroad Earth’s Todd Sheaffer will is scheduled to open for The Drunken Hearts each night (ticket information is available here).

The Prize features ten new originals that were all written collaboratively by all members of The Drunken Hearts. To commemorate the Kickstarter campaign and the upcoming release, the band has released “Black Snake,” a new single off the forthcoming  album. Take a listen to the single below.
