Nashville will welcome another new music venue in early 2025 with the opening of The Pinnacle. The state-of-the-art 4,500-capacity theater is part of the city’s massive multi-purpose Nashville Yards project, poised to become a center for Music City’s intersection of art and commerce.
The new venue will be operated by AEG Presents and headquartered in the 19-acre, mixed-use Nashville Yards campus. The Pinnacle takes its name from Pinnacle Financial Partners, the venue’s official bank, who obtained the naming rights and will finish construction of its headquarters in Nashville Yards later this year.
The 88,000-square-foot concert hall was constructed with “a lifter floor for enhanced sightlines, a horseshoe balcony with rail-side standing, VIP seating, first-come-first-served bleachers on the balcony level, production capability for live streaming and televised events, and more,” per an announcement. Performers will also have access to The Pinnacle’s exclusive second-story artist balcony, which will stare right across the street from Pinnacle Bank’s 34-story tower.
“The Pinnacle will be an international symbol that shows the music community how the arts and business should work together,” Pinnacle’s director of music, entertainment, and sports Andy Moats said. “Our music banking team will be directly across the street from the venue—visiting artists will be able to see us from the green room balcony. And we’ll be sharing the Nashville Yards campus with AEG Presents and CAA, making this a new epicenter for the business side of Music City.”

Nashville Yards has been in development for nearly a decade and will host Music City offices for AEG Presents and Creative Artists Agency (CAA). The campus will feature three million square feet of office space, 2,000 residential units, 350,000 square feet of retail space, 7,000 parking spaces, and 1,000 hotel rooms. Underground access for vehicles and waste collection will make possible seven acres of pedestrian-friendly open space and several plazas.
