Stephen Bruner a.k.a. Thundercat has announced his 2020 tour plans with a run of dates scheduled throughout the winter and early spring months.

The tour will begin on February 28th in Vancouver, BC, and will continue across the western U.S. and Canada before heading east in mid-March and eventually wrapping on April 6th following a show in Dallas, TX.

The lengthy North American run of shows will see the talented jazz bassist make stops at venues in both major and mid-sized markets including Showbox SoDo in Seattle, WA (3/1); Fox Theater in Oakland, CA (3/6); The Wiltern in Los Angeles, CA (3/7); Ogden Theatre in Denver, CO (3/12); Riviera Theatre in Chicago, IL (3/15); House of Blues in Boston, MA (3/21); Webster Hall in New York, NY (3/24); Marathon Music Works in Nashville, TN (3/31); Variety Playhouse in Atlanta, GA (4/2); and The Joy Theater in New Orleans, LA (4/4), to name a few.

The tour’s announcement on Tuesday also came with a somewhat intense promo video showing Thundercat prepare for the 2020 run with Rambo-sized knives, guns, and of course, a cat. Watch the Zach Fox-directed tour teaser below.
