Thundercat has announced a headlining world tour in 2017, starting with San Francisco in February and ending with Brussels in April. The bassist/singer-songwriter, most notably known for his work with producer Flying Lotus, hasn’t released solo work since 2015’s The Beyond / Where the Giants Roam. Known for his infectious bass vibes and soulful tones, he’s since been featured on various projects, including Kendick Lamar‘s To Pimp A Butterfly and Moses Sumney‘s latest track, “Lonely World.”
Though according to FlyLo, we can expect a new album by the end of the year (OkayPlayer reports). So we have our fingers crossed for an album announcement to come soon with this extensive list of world dates. See below for the full schedule. Tickets are currently on-sale here.
