Tipper & Friends will return to the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL for a Cinco De Mayo festival. Set for May 5th–7th, this will mark the fifth annual gathering at Suwannee helmed by the influential British producer. Organizers also noted that the first night of the festival will coincide with the full moon.

Fans can sign up for the Tipper & Friends Suwannee pre-sale now through March 5th at 5 p.m. PT here. No lineup was revealed with the save the date, though the announcement noted that there are “More details coming soon.”

This revelation marks only Tipper’s second announced performance of the year in addition to a headlining set at Secret Dreams Music & Arts Festival in Thornville, OH (8/17–8/19, exact performance date not yet confirmed). The announcement follows an update from the Tipper camp last fall stating that Dave Tipper would be “scaling back” his performances going forward as a result of an unspecified health diagnosis.

The official post to the Tipper Community Facebook page in October noted that “Its not life threatening, but it is Life Altering,” adding that “Tipper isn’t ‘retired’ fully, but we are scaling back the frequency and predictability of his appearances.” Last October also saw the release of Marble Hunting, Tipper’s first full-length project since Jettison Mind Hatch in 2019.
