Todd Snider Adds To 'Pickin...Grinnin'...Tellin' Stories...Takin' Requests Tour' [UPDATE]

[UPDATE 1/26/22]: Todd Snider has added new dates to his Pickin…Grinnin’…Tellin’ Stories…Takin’ Requests Tour. The new spring dates add to the existing first leg of Midwestern March shows.

The new run of concerts picks up on March 21st in Davenport, IA. From there, the troubadour continues his exploration of the Midwest with stops in Lincoln, NE (3/23); Traverse City, MI (3/25); and Covington, KY (3/26). After a brief respite, the tour picks back up with a pair of North Carolina shows in Asheville (4/6) and Saxaphaw (4/7).

Todd then traverses the Northeast with gigs in Philadelphia, PA (4/8); Ithica, NY (4/9); Boston, MA (4/11); Portsmouth, NH (4/13); Burlington, VT (4/14); Holyoke, MA (4/16); Annapolis, MD (4/18); Pawling, NY (4/20); Stroudsburg, PA (4/21); and finally Ashland, VA (4/22).

Snider noted that tickets for most of the shows will go on sale on Friday, but still encouraged fans to check with individual venues. Snider is currently out on the road for the winter leg of his Return of the Storyteller tour, set to carry him through mid-February.

[1/12/22]: Todd Snider has announced the first leg of his Pickin…Grinnin’…Tellin’ Stories…Takin’ Requests Tour. The upcoming run will take the singer-songwriter around the Midwest in March.

The tour begins on March 9th when the bard will perform at Buskirk-Chumley Theatre in Bloomington, IN ahead of dates in Columbus, OH (3/10); Kalamazoo, MI (3/11); Ann Arbor, MI (3/12); Green Bay, WI (3/14); St. Paul, MN (3/16); Milwaukee, WI (3/17); La Crosse, WI (3/18); and Chicago, IL (3/19). The folk troubadour noted that more tour dates will follow.

Snider is currently in the midst of the Return of the Storyteller 2022 tour. The 50-date tour sees Snider performing across the country while recording a new live album from the performances. Return of the Storyteller, the album, will mark Snider’s first live release since Todd Snider Live: The Storyteller.
