Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have brought their movie scoring expertise to a new feature film about the skateboarding culture in mid-90s Los Angeles. The film, titled Mid90s, was written by Academy Award-nominated actor Jonah Hill and marks his first turn as a director for a feature-length project. As Consequence of Sound notes, Atticus Ross and Trent Reznor are appropriate choices to score this mid-90s period piece as Nine Inch Nails has a considerable influence in shaping the era’s musical and cultural aesthetic.
