Trey Anastasio Band has announced a performance as part of the opening weekend festivities a the new Mission Ballroom in Denver, CO set to take place on Friday, August 9th and Saturday, August 10th.

According to the listings on the new venue’s website, The Lumineers will be the first band to play the Mission Ballroom on Wednesday, August 7th. Trey will hold down the first true weekend on the 9th and 10th before Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals and Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue hit the Mission Ballroom stage on Monday, August 12th. As of now, no other shows at the Mission Ballroom have been announced.

A ticket request period for Trey Anastasio Band’s two-night stand at the Mission Ballroom is currently underway here until Sunday, March 24th, 2019 at 12 p.m. MT. All tickets for the Mission’s opening concerts will be by ticket request. Winners will be selected at random and notified by Thursday, March 28th. Any un-requested tickets will be sold via axs.com starting Friday, March 29th.

The Denver performances are the most recent in a gradual rollout of Trey Anastasio Band spring and summer dates over the last several weeks. In addition to the new TAB dates and Phish‘s previously announced summer tour, Anastasio will mount a run of dates with his mysterious new project, Ghosts of the Forest, in April.
